Terms of service.

The rules of the road when you use TestingForge — what the service is, what you promise, how billing works, and what happens if either side wants out.

Last updated Apr 10, 2026 ~3 min read Governs: your use of the service

The service

TestingForge is a SaaS platform for automated testing — test generation, execution, monitoring and maintenance. Access is provided through a base subscription, plus usage-based billing where your plan allows it.

Your responsibilities

  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and do not share them.
  • Only test systems, APIs and repositories you are authorised to access.
  • Do not attempt to misuse, disrupt or bypass platform protections.

Billing

  • Base subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next cycle.
  • Charges depend on your selected plan plus applicable usage-based metering.
  • Unpaid invoices may result in limited or suspended access after reasonable notice.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if the service is used in violation of these terms or applicable laws — we will give notice where that is practical and not a risk to other customers.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. We aim to keep automation reliable and useful, but we cannot guarantee that every test will always run without failures, delays or interruptions. TestingForge complements — but does not replace — human engineering judgement.
